Delete your account
LiquidViewer — account and data deletion
From the app, in three taps
Deletion is built into LiquidViewer. You do not need to write to anyone.
- Open LiquidViewer and unlock it with your PIN.
- Open the menu, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm with your PIN.
The deletion is immediate. There is no waiting period and no confirmation e-mail, because we hold no e-mail address for your account.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long
- Support messages, if you ever wrote to us — kept for a reasonable period so that a conversation already under way can be finished.
- Subscription and billing records, if you ever subscribed — kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. These are held by the app store as much as by us.
- Technical logs — a short rolling window, then overwritten.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. Cancel it there first, otherwise the store will keep charging you.
Deleting only part of your data
You do not have to delete everything. From Manage sources, you can remove a single address, a single exchange connection or a single manual entry, and its holdings go with it. Price alerts can be deleted one by one from the Alerts screen.
If you no longer have the app
Write to support [at] liquidviewer.app from the address you used to contact us, or tell us the account identifier shown in the app under Settings. Since accounts carry no name and no e-mail, we can only act once we are confident the request comes from the account holder.
